Evidence shown to us also indicates a connection between 369 and the COM network, which has been documented in connection with grooming, sextortion, coercion, and exploitation of vulnerable minors. These groups may approach victims by pretending to be friends, gaining their trust, requesting private images or information, and then using those things to threaten or extort them.
